The Online College takes customer and employee privacy very seriously. We are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal, business, and financial information.

At any time, you may review the information we have on file about you as a result of your enrollment.  You may view and edit your personal information online, or by contacting us.  Please note that you must provide verification of your identity before our staff will release any information to you or make any changes on your behalf.

The Online College does not automatically collect personal and confidential information about the people who visit our websites.

Here's how we handle the information we receive online:

a. Information Collected and Stored Automatically

Every time you visit www.theonlinecollege.com, we automatically collect and store information on what Web browser you are using, what pages you are accessing, the date and time of your visit, and the url of the site you came directly from.  At this stage of our relationship, we do not know your identity or any other personal information.

The statistical data we do collect is used to identify trends and to plan upgrades to the website.  For example, if we notice a section of the site rarely gets visited, we may re-work that section to make it more useful to visitors.

b. Information Volunteered by Users

As part of the regular course of doing business with us, you may be required to provide us with personal information. For example, you may send us an e-mail that would identify you, or you may complete and submit our online registration form.  Such communications are considered private and confidential, and we will make our best efforts to keep them secure.  We will not release any of your personal information to or share any of your personal information with unrelated third parties except as permitted by you.  Please be aware that we must share non-financial information with sub-contractors, training partners, and others directly involved in the delivery of our educational products.

We will not share your credit card or personal financial information with any third party except as required to collect payment.
